   my van was side-swiped while i was
stopped, and i was issued a citation, that
i am going to dispute tomorrow, 8:30 am cst
at the city-county building (210 martain luther
blvd, madison wi )--
  any well-wishers should direct warm/fuzzy
thoughts in that direction...i feel i have
a good argument for dismissal of the
ticket...
